Buyer Beware Nationstar Mortgage, Champion Mortgage

People who know me, know that I'm not a complainer or whiner by nature, but sometimes you just gotta let it out. Watch out for Nationstar Mortgage
in Lewisville TX. Terrible customer follow though, Terrible customer Satisfaction, and all this cost me $1100 because of their negligence. The did not respond to the BBB. They did not respond to any of my concerns, 0 returned calls 0 follow through. Watch out.

How funny, that you (not a whiner) are now a whiner. Check the BBB and you will find any complaint against Nationstar Mortgage LLC was not only responded to, but taken care of satisfactorly. Some people want to blame a mortgage company because they don't get what they want... Mortgages are not Burger King, if an appraisal or a title issue come up, there is nothing the lender can do. I was with Countrywide for a year and can tell you from reading posts like yours, that once again... if you don't listen to what your loan officer says, and assume that everything will be utopic to your liking, you will walk away unhappy.

Loan modification is helpful to help you make your loan easy to pay if you are having difficulties in paying your loan with its existing terms. If you just lost your job or you have been into some kind of illness, or there are changes in your life that has caused it to be difficult to pay your loans with the existing terms, you can apply for modification so you will not have your properties being foreclosed.
